Rich Bancroft is a landscape and portrait painter from Boston Massachusetts.
Over the past 25 years, Rich has worked in a number of mediums, including acrylics, pastel, stained glass and mosaics, but his true passion has always been the thick, vibrant texture of oils. As the great-grandson of a professional artist, Rich’s artistic lineage was fostered by his artistic mother who introduced him to art at a very young age.
Rich has attended art classes from childhood through college at the University of Massachusetts. After graduation, he has continued to explore his medium by attending workshops, participating in a number of local art associations, and creating art on a daily basis.
